Hello Zoom Clients! We've missed you!
I want to update you about our photo processing times. Because we had not photographed since March 2019, our processing team is down to one person - our founder (me). I am processing the photos the way I did when we first founded Zoom. This takes time. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. I promise that I am working as hard as possible to get your photos to you as soon as possible. You can use this page as a reference for the status of your photos.
Photos will be processed in the order that they were photographed.
